Unique technology of severing and fragmenting materials remotely, at a distance of up to 200 m, with a powerful laser beam.
Safe fragmentation and demolition in hazardous conditions (a fire, chemical and radioactive contamination, a collapse or explosion hazard) and hard-to-reach places (great height, constrained space, underwater cutting at a depth of up to 100 m).
The laser station can handle materials like:
- Reinforced concrete and brick structures up to 250 mm thick;
- Structures from ferrous metals (including cast iron), non-ferrous metals and their alloys, and stainless steel;
- Multilayer structures with a total thickness of up to 20 m.
Portable laser station technical data:
- Powered by a generator or from the power grid. Input power is 100 kW.
- Main telescope: 10–200 m cutting distance; 30 kW Power.
- Outside telescope: 5–40 m cutting distance; 30 kW Power. Designed for cutting at close range and in hard-toreach places. Removed to a distance of up to 120 m from the portable laser station. Mounted on robotic devices (manipulators) for working in hazardous areas.
